 Introduction of Spiral Classifier
There are two types of the classifier according to numbers of helix: single and double helix. Or it divided to weir- high, weir-low, sunken types.The series spiral classifier used for mineral, non- metal materials to dehydration, referral, strip, wash mud and dry-wet classification.

 Working principle of Spiral Classifier
Fine slurry from the inlet in the middle of depression area is feet into the sink; which bottom is classifying settlement area. Through low speed rotation to fix slurry, the light fine granular is suspended to the above, and overflow from weir at the edge into the next process. Heavy and big granular is settling to the bottom and discharged by screw conveyor as the return sand. The machine used together with the ball mill and form the closed-circuit cycle.
