We professionally produce and export aluminum alloy ingots, and aluminum alloy die casting and machining products, supplying OEM aluminum components for auto, motorcycle, electric tools, light fitting, pumps and valves etc.
In domestic market, we cooperate with Chery, Gleery, Haier Group, Suzuk-Qingqi Group, and now our main overseas customer includes Valeo, Fiat etc.
Our capacity and features:
1) Aluminum alloy melting-refining furnaces: 8 sets of smelter that can adjust the elements for aluminum alloy ingot production.
2) Die casting machines: 12 sets of cold chamber die casting machines ranging from 250T to 1650T equipped with auto-sprayers, auto-arms, and ABB robot for the 1650T die casting machine.
3) Precision machining: 36 sets of Japan machining center, 15 CNC lathes, and other machining equipments such as milling, drilling and grinding machines totally 260 sets.
4) Software for specification drawings: Auto CAD
5) Precision testing facilities: English Arun direct reading spectrograph, X-ray, Italian three-dimensional measuring machines, Metallography microscope, Hardness testers, tension testers.
6) Management system: We strictly implement 5S-administration and SPC-statistical process control and have passed the authentication of ISO9001:2000 and TS16949:2002 quality assurance systems.
