Process Technology

Pay attention to here please .How do we remanufacture the engine?

1. Totally clean and avoid of grease and dirt 
2. Disaasembled into sub components for processing
3. 100% new bushings
4. 80% or new brushes 
5. Solenoids rebuilt with caps and contacts cleaned or replaced
6. Drives rebuilt with new high / low temperature grease ,new caps 
7. Painted steel housings 
8. Blasted aluminum housing
9. Field coils and armature varnished 
10. Fasteners plated or blast with rust inhibitor 
11. All fastener torque tested 
12. All components properly visually and electrical tested 
13. Final test under load

Q: What 's your production stardard ?

 

A: All our products are produced accrding to OEM standard.

 

Q: Where is your materials from ?

 

A: Japanese are series,cores is from Japan,while for korean car series from korea. 

 

Q: If we can get the sample from you?

 

A: One samples can be offered freely if cusomer handle the cost and this charge will be returned in first orders.

 

Q: How can i know if your quality is good or not ?

 

A: Don't worry about that .We never let the unqualified goods go to you.There is not sample test ,each accessories will be tested before assembling.Test report can be offered on request.

 

Q: What's the MQO?

 

A:Normally 30 pices per items,total amount no less than 300 pieces.
