The company is located in Jiangbei district, Near 329 national road with Hangzhou Bay Across Sea Bridge on the north. The factory covers a land area of more than 40 acres with building area of more than 10, 000 square meters. The company now has nearly 92 employees. The company has made adjustments to products in early nineties and made his products to reach high, Top and precise requirements. The main products are car body decoration part, Door & window seals, Tough roll press parts, Door frame, Window frame and brake assembly etc. High standard and high starting points are set for products. Products are used to substitute imported products on car, Luxury travel car and cross- Country cars. The production process is well designed. In order to ensure quality and reach International advanced level, The company has carried ISO9002 quality standard system since 1999 and implemented QS9000 quality system since 2003 and introduced TS16949 quality system since Dec 2006. When the company is working continuously to improve quality, The company also laid high attention to the design capability. Autocad 2 D, Solidworks 3D, Catia 3D, UG 3D are used to decrease development cycle time and meet customer requirements. Further more the company has signed technical support agreements with some car research organizations such as Shanghai Communication University, Nanjing Science and Technology University, Ningbo University, Ningbo Science and Technology University so as to make sure the advanced information on technology, Material and manufacture process is used for products.
