Founded in 2005, Chongqing JL French- Yumei Die casting company is located in Da zhulin Town, New North District, Chongqing China, Which is a Sino- American joint venture which specializes in Aluminum Alloy Die Casting and machining for automobile industry such as Front cover, Bed plate, Cylinder Block, Bearing Bridge, Bracket, Timing Case and etc.
Till now, The company has gradually become a famous enterprise in Die Casting industry and a supplier for several international and multinational automobile plants with the technical assistance of American Headquarters. The primary customer includes VW, Audi, TCG, ZF, Linamar, BorgWarner, MWM and Dong An which are from home and abroad.
The company invested $1250 totally and is equipped with full set of melting furnaces(750kg- 5T), Die casting machines (400T to 2500T), High precision CNC lathes, Machining Centers(Drilling and tapping Center, Horiental and Vertical Center), Auxiliary equipments (shotblasting, Heattreatment, Impregnation, Surface finishing) and inspection instruments(CMM, Spectrum, Metallographic microscope, X- Ray inspector, Projector, Tensile strength tester, Etc. ). Which enables the company significant industrial processing capacity and technology development capabilities.
