Till now, The company has gradually become a famous enterprise in Die Casting industry and a supplier for several international and multinational automobile plants with the technical assistance of American Headquarters. The primary customer includes VW, Audi, TCG, ZF, Linamar, BorgWarner, MWM and Dong An which are from home and abroad.
The company invested $1250 totally and is equipped with full set of melting furnaces(750kg- 5T), Die casting machines (400T to 2500T), High precision CNC lathes, Machining Centers(Drilling and tapping Center, Horiental and Vertical Center), Auxiliary equipments (shotblasting, Heattreatment, Impregnation, Surface finishing) and inspection instruments(CMM, Spectrum, Metallographic microscope, X- Ray inspector, Projector, Tensile strength tester, Etc. ). Which enables the company significant industrial processing capacity and technology development capabilities. |
