Established in early 1996, LJ Precision Mould Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a privately-owned enterprise.

Our 10,000sqm workshop is located in Da Lang Town, Dong Guan City, Guang Dong Province, China - only one and a half hour's drive from the airport/ ferry port in Hong Kong, Guang Zhou and Shen Zhen.

Our moulds are mainly exported to USA, Canada, France, UK, Germany, Spain and Japan and we are keenly interested in new market opportunities.

LJ Precision’s annual moulds capacity is 600sets. Main moulds produced include large automobile components, airplane fittings, home electric appliances, electric garden tools, medical treatment equipment, computer peripheral parts, telescopes, plastic pipe for drinking ...[More]ater machines. All kinds of engineering plastic resins with carbon fiber parts and two colour moulds can also be produced as required. .

Our factory is equipped with advanced equipment including, CNC machines with machining range of 850mm - 5000mm, EDM machines with machining range is 300mm - 3000mm and high speed CNC machines. CMM, wire-cut machines, numerical controlled lathers, milling machines, large-size drilling machines, grinding machines, and deep-hole drilling machines are also on site.

LJ Precision can provide mould trial and plastic injection with 70 tons to 2500 tons of Injection Machine and 360 tons of Double Injection Machine.

We use the most advanced software for the mould design, mould opening simulation analysis and mould flow analysis to ensure correct structure. LJP makes the highest quality moulds with great efficiency.
