Feeder
1. With independent transmission for feeding at low noise. Coordinating with Front Adjustable Wheel, it can reach its maximum capacity.
2. The Feeding Knives. Left and Right Fixing Plates with scale can be adjusted up and down by pneumatic system easily.
3. With Brush Wheels to remove powder or dust to increase the belt friction for smooth feeding.
4. Independent inverter motor is connected with the main machine in conjunction with the speed movement. It can also adjust the speed independently.
Folder:
1. To meet various kinds of works, and precisely fold blanks.
2. With front and back Moveable Upper Pressing Bar, special design of boxes can be made with optional devices.
3. With additional Parts, the Three-Panels System can be changed to Two-Panels which is more suitable for the production of small boxes.
Bottom Gluer
Depending on the pattern of crash-lock bottom box, the separable Upper Pressing Bars can be extended in length. Besides, the hookers with high-steel springs are excellent and stable for high-speed operation.
Main features
1. The main machine controlled by Human-Computer Interaction in connecting With Remote Controller is easy and convenient for adjustment and operation.
2. All the transmission belts of the lower panels are wrapped around externally. When replacing the belt, there is no need to unload the transmission shaft, it is simple and easy to replace. Any operator can do it easily.
3. Depending on different paper thickness, the Upper Pressing Bars can be set through micro-adjustment.
4.The unique design of machine can keep its stability without shaking even under high speed operation to avoid the production loss.
5. The movement of each panel is done by manual. With numerical location indicators, the location of the panel can be set quickly according to the size of box done previously.
6. To meet various kinds of order demand in the future, the standard machine can be advanced by adding other optional units, such as, Regulator, Pre-Folder,4 and 6 Corner Attachment, Panel Movement by Motorization to achieve its highest efficiency.
7. The main transmission is 25KW inverter motor shaft and timing belt in joining the movement of each sections.
8. The changing speed of the main machine and the pressing conveyor is by inverter. Also the adding and reducing speed of the main machine, feeder section and the pressing conveyor is adopted through the ratio link movement.
Conveyor section:
The Pressure is by Air-Cylinder. It can adjust the pressure level independently. The boxes can be pressurized accordingly. It can offer the final product more perfectly and nicely.
Lower gluer:
1. Lower Gluing Wheel by 2-Section Doctor Blade to control the volume well, and avoid gluer swinging.
2. Lower Glue Tank easy to remove, fix, and clean.
3. Moveable Glue Tank for adding the Emulsion Cold Glue easily.
Pre-folder:
1. Various box pattern adjustment are available.
2. The first creasing line 180 and the third creasing line 135 can be easily made.
