WARRANTY TERM:
1.All item of this order enjoy 1 year warranty from the date of shipped on board(FOB GUANGZHOU shipment term); Enjoy 1 year from the date of delivery to the warehouse in Guangzhou(E.X.W GUANGZHOU WAREHOUSE shipment term);
2.We will provide 2-3% spare parts for the mass production order(need to discuss), if there is any defective items rates more than 2-3% but less than 5%, you will offer the electronics parts to us as the aftersales service, the electronics parts will be sent to you with your next shipment and the shipment fees is under the your account;
3.When the defective items is more than 10%, you will send the defective samples(2-5 pcs for each defective points) to us for getting the defective prove by express courier, the express fees will under our account if the defective is indeed proved from both party, otherwise the express fees will under your account.
4.We will solve the defective items by returning the defective goods from you and spend the shorter time to send the repaired item to the you by sea, all sea freight and the local charge from you and us are under the our account. But you must damage all of the defecitve items by video to us as proved in advance.
