Ningbo Yili Shock Absorber Co., Ltd. with 28,000 m2 was registered in 2006, but has 15-year history of manufacturing, located in Ningbo Economic & Technical Development Zone (National Level). For 15 years, we have been devoting to the development, design and manufacturing of shock absorbers and gas springs for automobiles.
We have a broad range of shock absorbers for automobiles. Our products, known for being safe, reliable and durable are available in 300 categories in 2 series for both suspension and non-suspension systems. We recently introduced the latest technology to our shock absorbers - piston rods with micro crack chrome plating and multi-lip oil seal. We also have an extensive range of gas springs for automobiles, with more than 200 categories in 3 series used on engine hoods, trunks and seats. We are one of the first manufacturers to develop and manufacture the gas spring with a special longitudinal groove inside the pressure tube and rigid lockable gas springs.

Our R&D team works with several colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and keeps constant communication with domestic and overseas companies in a similar field. This enables us to continuously improve and upgrade our products.
Quality Assurance System
We Strictly comply with ISO9001:2008 and TS16949: 2009 in our manufacture and management. We have an experienced quality control team and series of advanced testing equipment. Our quality inspection process covers the incoming inspection of raw material and outsourcing parts, process inspection and the finished products inspection. We operate the total quality management and in-process inspection, every working spot has the self-inspection process to achieve zero defects.
Manufacturing Equipment
Advanced processing equipment is the prerequisite of the high quality products and high-efficient production. Monthy output of shock absorbers is about 50,000 pcs.We have more than 80 sets of manufacturing equipment such as automatic steel-tube cutting machines, automatic chamfering machines, automatic MAG spring holders & bottom heads welders and an automatic Ω static painting line. Through the continuous technique improvement, some special equipment have been updated to be computerized to assure the product quality and improve the production efficiency.
