Established in 2003, Nanjing Sanhuan Precision Forging Co. , Ltd. Is a non-governmental enterprise specializing in developing, processing and manufacturing metal forging products. It is situated in Lishui Provincial Economic Development Zone, Nanjing, and currently covers an area of 2500m2, with a new plant of 13500m2 under construction. At present, the company is operating under three production lines with 300T friction presses, and meanwhile, equipped with medium-frequency heating facilities, die making devices, and over 40 pieces of machining equipment, such as precision NC lathes, circular grinders, flat grinders, milling machines, planers, linear cutting machines and EDM machine tools. It provides the clients with precision production and process of all sorts of hardware, mechanical fittings, motorcycle fittings, and automobile fittings, etc. Materials for processing include iron, copper, stainless steel and Zinc alloy materials, etc. Currently in cooperation with our company are mainly foreign trade enterprises, with most of our products exported to European and American markets.
