We make prototypes according to the drawing and any requirements from the customers. There are about 100 sets 3/4/5 axis CNC machines in our plant,max stroke is 2500*1400mm. The processing material plastic can be ABS,PC,PMMA,PA,POM,TPU and so on. And the processing material hardware can be AL,magnesium alloy,zinc,alloy,copper,iron,steel,etc. And we can also make some other special material models, such as foam. We also have sheet metal workshop for sheet metal stamping parts.There are 1 set Japanese laser cutting machine, 4 sets Germany imported bending machines and 3 sets highpower hydraulic machines in our workshop. We already passed the ISO9001 and ISO27001 certification.
