Resinoplast was created in 1953.

Resinoplast manufactures vinyl compounds for the automotive industry and for various applications (Roof ditch moldings, Windscreen seals, Belt moldings, Encapsulated quarterlights, Injected interior parts, Fuel line protective layers)
A significant proportion of the sales of Resinoplast consist of specialty products requiring strong skills in research and development.

Resinoplast exports more than 50% of its production worldwide.

Resinoplast has three subsidiaries:
- Resinoplast North America in Matamoros (Mexico)
- Resichina in Changshu (China)
- Resinoplast Vietnam in Biên Hóa (Vietnam)

Resinoplast is ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 certified
