Warranty/RMA Policy

All head unit car dvd gps have been thouroughly tested before shipping to you.  However, there are some quite a few instances that are beyond our control that the product failed either dead on arrival or during the warranty period.

Our product warranty covers one (1) year from the date we ship the goods to your address. Warranty covers dead on arrival items or product that fail to perform on its desired functionality within the one (1) year warranty period. All shiping cost associated with returning/repairing and or replacing the defective units will be on account for the buyer. Warranty does not cover items that are accessories and supplies for the main product unit.

Please ask for Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning your goods to us. Please print the emailed RMA documents and ship it together with the returned goods. We will not process incoming goods without the RMA number and documents.

Once we received the returned goods for warranty, we will process your returned products by either repair or replacement within 15 days from the date we received your return product.
