Hejian Shengda Plastic Plant is located in the Qianyangdian Industrial Area of Hejian City,Hebei, and it is in a location of very convenient transportation. It is only 160Km away south to Beijing and Tianjin, with No.106 highway running though the area and Cangbao highway crossing, and Jingjiu and Shuohuang Railway passing by.
