Sino-Japan joint venture---Ningbo SIL Gasket Co., Ltd. is established in 1994, which is one of the earliest gasket makers, growing together with Japanese engine and motorcycle maker in China. Till now, our company has become a factory covering an area of 6660 square meters and workshop of 7000 square meters.
We had got the certification of ISO/TS16949 in 2005. And we produce all kinds of gasket in varies materials of engine system (including exhaust system and muffler) in automobiles and motorcycle, especially in metal head gaskets. We may be the best one in this line in China. And meanwhile, we developed a new type of hi-tech compounded non-asbestos gasket material, which is much better than the traditional no-asbestos joint sheet in many technical characteristics.
Now we have a capacity of producing 1 million sets of varies gasket parts in cars and automobiles. We have QA control according to the standard of ISO/TS16949, and set up the ERP system in company administration.
