PROCESS: The casting process begins with the production of an individual pattern from customer's drawings or samples. Patterns are produced in wood or metal depending on the component and level of details required.

Then green sand molds are made on simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger. Shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax pattern used in the investment casting. After pouring, All castings are grinded and cleaned in shot blast machines.

QUALITY CONTROL: Each casting is processed through our QC stuff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechnical properties, We have chemical analysis equipment, Hardness tester, And tensile strength machine.
