Our firm has been manufacturing cast products for agricultural machinery, Automotive and general machinery sectors in 2000 m2 covered field since 1997. It began grey casting and spheroid casting in 40. 000 m2 field, 7000 m2 of which is covered. We can manufacture productions in the range of GG. 10 - GG. 30 (lamella graphitic cast iron – 85% capacity) at different qualities in 1- 25 kg and we would like to make our company and its products known to you. Molding processes are performed in DISAMATIC 2013 vertical molding lines without grade and horizontal molding lines in control of laboratory. Mineral preparation is performed in full automatic PLC controlled preparation unit. Melting is performed in Inductotherm brand double crucibles having 500 kg capacity and double crucibles having 1000 kg capacity. And also we have mineral analysis, Dampness fixing, Coal- Dust fixing, Benthonit fixing, Gas permeability, Compatibility, Sieve analysis and pressing in our laboratories. Additionally, Spectral analysis, Micro structural control and toughness measuring are done in our laboratories.
