Tianjin Shenglong Rubberised Mattress Co., Ltd., a rubberised coir mattress company which locates in industry fuction zone, Niudaokou village, Baodi district, Tianjin was found in March, 2005 with the registration capital US$ 2,000,000. It spreads over 667 square meters and employs about 100 persons. It’s the first joint venture in China between the largest latex and coir fiber producer Sri Lankan Hayleys Group and Xiamen Utrans Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.
We produce the natural, environmental friendly high-elastic rubberised coir mattress with the leading technics of coir fiber from HAYLEYS Group and the advanced Mat Laying Plant introduced from Germany. Our raw material coir fiber is imported from Sri Lanka, India, Vietnam and most of our natural latex is from Thailand and only a small quantity from Hainan.
