Production Description:

WZB SF-1 is a a kind of thin wall wrapped bearings made of tripple layer composites material which consists of a steel backing, a sintered porous bronze particles interlayer and calendered with PTFE and Pb mixture as surface layer.
This is of low friction coefficient, antiwear, anti-corrosion and can be used without oil, or only a trace of oil is needed. Moreover, it is of low cost, low vibration and low voice, compact and light, and can form a transfer film of PTFE which protects the mating surface from scorring.
WZB-1 is widely applied in various sliding articles of different kind of machines, such as printting machines, textile machines, tobaccomachines, gymnastic machines, hydraulic vehicles, automobiles, motorcycles, agriculture and forests machines and so on..
