Our factory covers a floor area of 43 thousand sqm, with building area of 12 thousand sqm. Previously we were engaged in plastic machinery, die manufacturing, plastic products, and rubber products. In 1999, under the guidance of Sanhong Company of Korea, we successfully developed gas-spring-use piston rod, and other shafts based on the newly-developed product. Now our major products include various ascending gas springs, compressed gas spring-use piston rod, bumper-use piston rod for automobile, motorcycle, and electric bicycle, micro-electromotors and other shaft series products. Our products have passed the qualify certification of 9000:2001.
　　Our company offers a package service including processing, grinding, surface hot treatment and fine polishing. We possess about 80 precision meter lathes, dozens of non-core grinders of 1040, 1050, 1080, and related equipment including punch, milling machine, thread-rolling machine, finishing mill for surface, straightener, fine polisher. The fine polisher utilizes Japanese precision nylon rag wheel, surface treatment is carried out using a whole set of internationally universal assembly line technology of QPQ carbon and nitrogen seeping salt bath heat treatment while surface hardness seeping layer adopts high-frequency quenching technique.
