Qinhuangdao Xing Long Wheels Co., Ltd (Xing Long Wheels) is located in the Economic Development Zone of the city of Qinhuangdao, Hebei province (approximately 250 kilometers east of Beijing). It is closely located to the Jingshen Expressway (which runs from Beijing to Shenyang), as well as the Qinhuangdao railway station, port and airport, making it an ideal transport hub.

Xing Long Wheels is owned by Xing Long Investment Holding, and has a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan. The total area occupied by Xing Long Wheels covers 120 acres and the company has an annual production of 5 million wheels. An expansion that will allow for an additional annual production of 1.5 million aluminum alloy wheels is ready for operation.
