Founded in August, 1985, we were called Yinxian Thermocouple Factory and renamed as Yongling Aviation Parts Factory in 1996, now are called Ningbo Yongling Aviation Fittings Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Yongling Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. We are located in Zhouhan Village, Gaoyang Road, Jiangshan Town, South Suburb of Ningbo City, with a distance of 9km to Ningbo urban district, and a distance of 8km to the airport, enjoying convenient transportation. Our company covers an area of 18000 square meters, with a construction area of 12000 square meters, and a building area of 12,000 square meters. There are 318 employees and 20 technologists, of who, 2 are masters, and 8 are middle and high-level engineers. With independent import & export rights, we annually export 1.5 million sets of automobile shift system special shaped parts, and our products are mainly exported to France and Germany.
Regarding "Valuing Science & Technology, Carrying on Development, Grasping Quality, and Maintaining Prestige" as our policy, our company always cooperates with such units as Chemical Fiber Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fifty Two Institute of Weapon Industry Department, and Shanghai Plastic Institute, to produce all kinds of stainless steel metal hose joint parts for aerospace and military field. As a designated manufacture unit for military industry, we have made great contributions for our country prosperity and enhanced our international comprehensive competitiveness. In July 2001, we gained County New & High Technology Enterprise Certificate. Meanwhile, we provide all kinds of special shaped parts such as gear vehicle gearbox shift forks for Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd. Automobile Gear Works, and our products have been prized as Province and City Science and Technology Advancement Award for several times. In addition, our company also undertakes precision casting for special shaped parts with materials of carbon steel, aluminum and copper, and for various kinds of forging parts and sheet metal parts, with an annual output value of over 60 million RMB. Our company, with stable product quality, has completely reached the quality goal of "no assembling defect", with a one-off delivery acceptance rate of 100%.
We are equipped with first-class physical and chemical detecting and testing equipment in our testing center. We have imported fluorescent magnetic powder nondestructive flaw detector from Germany, three coordinate measuring machines, universal tool microscope, metallographic micro hardness meter, micro computer high speed analyzer, tension tester, analytical balance meter, and Brinell, Rockwell hardness meter from Germany. in November, 2001, we attained certification of Germany / US Automobile Industry and VDA6.1/QS9000 certification by TUV Rheinland (Shanghai). In Jan., 2005, we passed auditing of TS16949 Quality System by TUV Rheinland (Shanghai).
