5. Installation Methods:
-
Using specialized tools installation: The pressure will apply to the O-ring directly. As shown, the special tool is mounted between the metal floating ring and the rubber ring, toward the seat hole, the rubber ring is evenly pressed into the hole.
2. Other installation methods: One auxiliary O-ring is fixed between the conical ring surface of the floating oil seal and sealing O-ring (as shown). The ring of the floating oil seal is applied uniformly by pressure and the auxiliary O-ring braces the sealing O-ring to ensure the other correct mounting positions.

one is for forgeable piece, hardness is HRC58-62, worktime is 5000HRS;
the other is for cast, hardness is HRC62-68, worktime is 8000HRS.
The inner diameter of floating seal is from 50-1,000mm.
There are four different types: stander type, XY type, L type and iron plate type.

1. As an inland company, how to arrange shipment ?
This could be our advantage, as we are located in middle of China, it takes us same times to send goods either to Wuhan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, or Xiamen port. We can deliver to most of ports for sea shipment.
2. Usually how long it take to finish an order ?
4 - 6 weeks for a common order around 1000 sets, and we keep stocks for sample order or trial order, which can supply immediate delivery.
