Detailed Buying Leads Description

We need very very urgent a quotation for next Monday. You have to quote
following:
1. quotation for a 48 cavity high volumen production tool for attached small
rubber part in EPDM or NBR (shore 50) Part production will be 8.000.000
parts per year for total 6 years. Please detail info of technology
(injection or blow moulding) and especially of demoulding of the parts (if
using air pressure or similar). Tool must run 100% automatically.
2. quotation for the production of 8.000.000 parts per year using 5,10
Euros/kg as a calculation factor for raw material. Working temperature is
between -40ºdegrees and +85ºdegrees, but must resist +110ºdegrees for 30
minutes. Please give me the price for 100 units to compare other quotations.

There will be 2 options to work together, so you must quote tooling and
production separately: A only doing the tool in China and make production in
Europe or B: doing the tool and the production in China. Tips:   e-Catalog will be highly appreciated.
