Located in Shiyan city of Hubei province, Dongfeng piston & bearing Company is a subsidiary company under Dongfeng and Nissan joint venture Company, which called as DFL. DFPB has been specializing in auto engine piston, piston ring and bearing for over 30 years. At present, the company covers a floor space of 240,000 square meter, owns RMB 330 million asset, 800 more sets main equipment. With 31 senior engineers and 152 R&D staff, now it's a big auto parts manufacturer, which integrates R&D, production, sales and after-sale service.

DongFeng Piston & Bearing Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary firm of Parts and components Business of DFL (a joint venture of Dongfeng and Nissan), specializing in the products of piston, piston ring, bearing and aluminum casting engine parts. DFPB introduced technology and production facilities from German MAHLE and GOETZE for piston and ring designing, testing, manufacturing and inspection; and we also imported some key equipment from Germany, Italy, USA, Switzerland and Japan for manufacturing and inspection.

Main products are OEM supplied for DCI11 engines of RENAULT, Cummins B/C series diesel engine, TU3 and TU5 engines of DPCA. YUCHAI series diesel engine, DCD series diesel engine, DFM engine. Our production capacity has reached 3 million pieces of piston, 10 million pieces of bearing, 20 million pieces of piston ring, 1000 tons of aluminum casting per year.

We passed GB/T19001 and ISO/TS16949 in 1997 and 2000, and we passed those two Quality systems. We passed ISO/TS16949:2002 in 2003.
