Jialaidun Piston Co., Ltd is specially dedicated itself to producing, designing and developing of automobile pistons, motorcycle pistons, sports vehicle pistons, engineering vehicle pistons, ship pistons, tank pistons, vessel pistons, yacht pistons, locomotive(train) pistons, mower pistons, general petrol motor pistons as well as various internal-combustion engine pistons, air compressor pistons, compressor pistons, pins and clips. At the request of customer, we also provide piston rings and cylinders. The Shanghai-based Shanghai Jialaidun Piston Co., Ltd. is the headquarters. Shanghai company was set up in May 2001. The company, addressed at No.5808, Shenzhuan Road in Shanghai City, covers the land area of 81000 square meters, of which the building area is 41000 square meters. There are 261 staff members in the company. The designed production capacity is 40 piston production lines for automobiles and internal combustion engines. There are 11 piston production lines with annual production capacity of 2.6 million pieces of pistons in one shift and 5 million pieces in two shifts a day respectively. There are 550 models available covering 2200 specifications. They are an OEM for many engines manufacturers and the Chinese Military Enterprises and also exported in a large quantity. The firm assurance of precision and quality control of products are the establishment of material physical chemical lab, measuring center and the physical-chemical analysis instruments including Alfin piston ultrasonic detector, piston oil cooling channel detector, engine power tester, piston skirt outline measuring apparatus, piston roughness of surface measuring instrument, projecting apparatus, universal instrument microscope, metallograph, horizontal CNC and special-shaped bore hole CNC, skirt graphite-spraying and -coating technology, hardening anodic oxidation in top and graphite screen printing machine imported from Germany, spectro direct-reading spectroscopes, Hommelwerke roundness testers, Swiss three-dimensional meters, Tokyo precision profilers of Japan, roughness testers, etc. In May 2007, the Shanghai Jialaidun Company was admitted to ISO9001 certificate, ISO/TS16949 certificate and the RWTÜV system GmbH certificate. IN 2008, our trademark JLD was admitted to the Chinese Famous Trademark.
