Model CY4102BZLQ turbocharged diesel engine is developed on the base of CY4102BZQ diesel engine, adopting air to air inter-cooling technology, improving design on intake and exhaust system, fuel supply system, combustion system cooling system as well as lubrication system,with the emission standard of Euro II. The engine bench test, reliability test, vehicle road performance test and the customer operation have proved this version engine has a reasonable structure design and advanced performance index. The critical parts such as cylinder block, crankshaft, piston etc. have adopted new structure, new manufacturing process, which greatly increase the strength and rigidity and have higher operation reliability.
§Crankshaft material: 42CrMo, with nitriding surface treatment.
