 Production Description:
We mainly manufacture mid-sized and small-sized plastic moulds, and also provide the service of injection and blowing processing.

There are 20 staffs working for Unicar parts & moulding, 5 of the staffs are specialist mould designers with 5-year experiences, 15 are mould makers with 8-year experiences.

Maximum length is 800 mm and weight is 3 tons.
4, Do you also manufacture moulds with hot runner system?
Yes, we do. The main suppliers for hot runner systems are: DME, Hasco, Husky etc.The final decision of the brand should be subject to our valued clients.

We welcome 2D and 3D files, such as: DXF, IGES, PROE, PRT, STL etc.
