Shanghai Tiansheng Auto Parts Co. , Ltd (abbreviated name hereinafter: Tiansheng) is the subsidiary company of Shanghai Yingxin Metallic Ware Co. , Ltd (abbreviated name hereinafter: Yingxin). It was specially built for CED coating of parts, Which are made by SGM and used for after- Sale service of SGM.
Tiansheng is located in Dianshan Lake Industrial Zone, Occupying about 40, 000 m2 (about 60 mu). Present build- Up area is 100, 00m2 , 21600m2 area is building (It occupies about 121 mu, Build-Up area is 260, 00m2 if including Yingxin).
In 2005, Tiansheng invested 40 million RMB to construct a high- Class pretreatment and CED coating line, Which was designed by Scivic Engineering Corporation according to GM standard.
After gained approval of SGM, This line began to produce after- Sale parts made by SGM in Aug. 2005. Quality and output are stable at all times until now.
Tiansheng has established a complete set of quality system. In Oct. 2003, It obtained quality system certificates VDA6. 1 and ISO9001: 2000 version, Which were awarded by LIoyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
