BMW ICOM A3 is a new scanner for BMW vehicles, it communicates via USB cable, NO need NETWORK cable anymore, this product with economic price for the general population, as well as end user for daily work. This tool is able to work with both diagnostic and coding/ Programming functions, but it has no most adapter,  which mean it is not able to do Fiber optical programming.
